I picked up my back pack blower from the fix it shop today. I bought it in January. This is the 5th time it has been in for repairs. "STIHL" sold me a LEMON and refused to replace it. The repair shop agreed it was garbage and should be replaced, "STIHL" replaced the cylinder, piston, crankshaft, all the bearings, rings, gaskets, seals etc. basically a new engine. I AM BOYCOTTING "STIHL" HOPE YOU DO THE SAME.

Mrs. M...
Will you link me up to the site Lexie is referring to, please. I had to take it back again today for more work. Worthless piece of crap!!! Well it's not worthless since they put $530.00 worth of new parts + $175.00 in labor, not including todays visit. I paid $400.00 for it. The repair bill is over $700.00. Go figure.
I had two Stihl large chain saws - very hard starting even after tune-up. Finally gave them to a friend and he uses them a lot. They have been good as he uses them every day. That seems to be the case of most of my engines.
I have been a week building a new road into my farm. It's finished. Now want to build a pond with some extra dirt. Hardest part was geting my six ft culvert into the creek. It Moved, so just moved the road to wind gracefully over it.
\Now it looks like I planned it that way.
I am going for a week to Pennsylvania to rest over Memorial Day. One day I will be frying Potato Pancakes for a church Bazzar
summer fundraiser - Only get 50 cents - I am getting the jitters as ordered 800lb of potatoes = My arches hurt already.
I couldn't get help from them either so I just gave my two saws away. Only way they would start is with a new plug every time. I don't see you every getting help from them.
It's been cool and rainy so I have been traveling. Had a couple minor breakdowns which were fun - went to DC but couldn't find parking anywhere - should have parked in Virginia and taken a Bus Tour.

Doesn't sound very encouraging Mory, but I'm sure your right.
So, how did the bizare go. Was that 8o pounds of potatoes or 800?
Sounds like you had a good time. I have always wanted to go to DC and the east coast, someday I keep telling myself. Maybe I could hitch a ride back with Mrs. M.
Glad to have you back Mory, you were missed.
Jake, I was by to pick you up, but you weren't there....sooo, I am on my way to have lunch with BJ! Lol!
Yes, I got my Hummer..I started to say it is Burgandy, but I think the correct color is red metallic with loads of Chrome. It is the 2005 H2 SUT. It is home with my son right now..if it isn't,it has OnStar, so he is in real trouble! LOL!
Naturally, I would be gone. I was at the law library trying to find some case law that might help me win my small claims case against the transmission shop where my stereo was stolen. On the way home I drove by the YMCA and noticed their American Flag was torn and faded, so, in I went. They did not think it was such a big deal but by the time I left I think I got through to them. I will do a drive by tomorrow.
Only 22 more posts to become a sharp shooter. Maybe I should post a bunch of welcomes and pictures??? OMG what was I thinking. Warmth, beauty, friendless, funny pictures and jokes posted on the forum? Well, personally I think it was much better before all the uproar of animated gif's and welcomes. I remember Puppy's funny pictures, Mrs. M's pretty pics and her creativity along with MG's beautiful flowers, and I miss Lexie's popping eyeball smiley. It’s become a little cold IMO.

I guess I’m just in a bad mood. I lost my appeal for my hospital stay in September, I have to pay the deductible. I told them to put it in collections. I’ll be darned if I pay for incompetence. I have to prepare to sue in small claims court over my stereo being stolen while getting a new transmission. My mom’s malpractice suit is going down the crapper too and I had a fight with Hewlett-Packard today. Well, better go, I have to get the insurance junk ready for tomorrow, parking lot mishap. Wonder how many weeks the shop will keep the car. It’s time to go to bed and have a nightmare. Good nite all.
I finally heard from Stihl. They agreed the blower should have been replaced. The Pacific area manager is coming to Modesto tomorrow go give the shop where I got it a dressing down. Well derserved I might add. Wish I could be a fly on the wall. They offered me a new blower along with any other piece of equipment they make. I wonder if they make a zero radius mower, air conditioned of course??? hehehe
