Can I get a review of my balance?

my payments and charges by my count from your payment/transaction log sheet give me a balance of $14.72$

with payments (to. 2008) of $62.88 against charges of $48.16

not sure if my 5/19/23 payment got into the system, and what my balance was before that payment logged. I have ~$2.10 in charges since that payment.

Happy to send more money to you to replenish my pre pay if I am in error

Also: the Contact links in the main web page don't seem to go anywhere, and just loop so I am posting this here
