Yes it is a little disappointing, but on the bright side...
... you CAN use them on the fridge for that grandbaby of yours! Big Grin

Guess I should have 'Ask Seller a Question'
Do you use these labels to ship your own sales?
His answer would have been 'No'. Frown

Will use them I think with a small piece of packing tape on each corner.

Puppy, I stuck one of mine on a box to try it and it didn't come off. When I pulled up the edge it took the surface of the box with it.
Did you stick it onto something or just feel the sticky? Because when I felt it with my fingers I didn't think it was as strong of an adhesive either. It surprised me!

I checked the ups site and the item number for these labels is the same. The are called peel and stick labels. Maybe they didn't get them as sticky as they should be or somehting. But I also remembered that if you have a ups account you can get these for free. You'd think if this person were getting that many ups would question him tho. ??? No matter to me! I have labels labels labels!!

...my earlier suspicions, but I THOUGHT there might be an issue with the adhesive. But, with this suspicion in mind, I STILL ordered some. My rational was I'm currently taping FOUR sides of a plain paper label on a package. If I'm able to eliminate 1 or 2 pieces of tape at a cost comparable to plain paper, it would still be worthwhile!

I currently use flat cardboard USPS Priority mailers for a lot of stuff. I put a long strip of tape on the bottom to reinforce the bottom of the mailer and also along the flap. These 2 strips also hold the long edges of the label (currently plain printer paper). Even if the label stock was super sticky, I just don't foresee NOT putting those 2 reinforcing strips on the mailers. But maybe I CAN eliminate putting the short pieces of tape on the short ends of the label.

Already planning on being happy with my purchase based on your reports! Smile

Good Morning Everyone....everyone is chipper - I feel like I've been Keel Hulled - did much to much work yesterday - I am waiting for my coffee to kick in...

I bought a can of spray adhesive - also use Clear cheap Krylon 88 Cents a can at the lumberyard store. A quick shot on a label seals it so it doesn't smear. and under a label it makes it permanent. I use it as have a hard time pulling 2 inch scotch Tape.
and for a big label its faster. I also have a cheap beige instead of carton Cover for
$5. to cover old bar codes on boxes I can't get off. I do this outside as really don't like the smell but it works great on important shipments

MRS M: Everytime I move the program is now asking for my AS name and password - The program has never done that before.

I like the Tasting Tiger a lot, Is there a way to make him smaller and flip him so he faces Right?

Where can I find some MOry colored letters to go with it?

When you do a welcome are you dropping that in your Signature box for one time use?
Since I don't sell that much on eBay this won't be much of a concern to me. I always put tape over my labels anyway - I've found printer ink tends to smear when wet, and this is a quick fix that not only corrects the 'bleeding' problem, but also secures the label from getting torn during shipping.

As a buyer, if the seller wants a check or money order, I usually send them a shipping label with my address on it. Early on in my eBay days I experienced a few delayed shippments because the seller claimed they wrote my address wrong! Doesn't cost me that much more, and it's always been appreciated by the seller Wink

Mory, I just tried it and seems to work for me. Copy and paste the following into your sig box.

*Note: you will have to manually remove the carriage returns after you paste it. Also there should be no spaces.
