Hello,

On 5/27, I made a $10 pre-payment, it is showing on my list of pre-payments, but 5 snipes placed after are showing as unpaid, and my balance as negative.

As a result, several snipes were not placed, and I still cannot place snipes because of it. I sent a message about this to support, on Sunday, but the matter as not been addressed.

Without rapid action, I will have no choice but to contact Paypal and have them reverse the payment

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you have experienced.

I reviewed your account and it appears that the $10.00 Paypal payment you made on May 27, 2014 was not applied to your account balance, even though it showed up in the Recent Balance Pre-Payments section within your account, although I am uncertain what caused this to happen.

I have just made an adjustment to your account to correct your account balance, so you should now be able to resume sniping once again. Our technical team will be looking into what happened here further, so hopefully you will not encounter similar difficulties next time you need to make a payment.

I hope this clears things up.

Also, I was unable to locate any support cases based on your account details so it does not appear your previous attempt to contact our Customer Support team about this was successful. If you need any further assistance with this, please try to submit a ticket from under the “Help” tab once more.

I have followed every (1-5) step to change my credit card number on my auction sniper account since CHASE notified me that both of my cards would be no good as of 6/14/14 because of the recent hack job they experienced. I have my new credit card to submit the new information, but the freaking program will NOT allow me to find the right page/area/whatever, to change my credit card information.

I thought that losing two wonderful items I had on auction Sniper because of your own glitches was enough to send me screaming off the Kern River Bridge, but I pulled myself together ... I had been trying to add a Hard Rock Café Barbie for weeks now, and I finally had one locked down for a lot less than ALL of the others listed on EBay, but wouldn't you know, it fell during that last 2-hour glitch, as well as three other items I lost because A.S. wasn't playing well with other [programs]. If we can expect more of the same problems that caused me to lose those dolls, please let us know now so we can go back to sitting in front of the computer, or perhaps finding an alternate service to do my sniping. I should NOT have lost those items because A.S. was down!

More importantly, I need to get this credit card update sorted out. So, please give me some information -- CORRECT INFORMATION -- that will get me to the place where I need to be to update that info!

Hi Kat -

we have had some similar reports regarding the Credit Card Information section of the Balance page of accounts not displaying correctly, so a new card can be added.

To get to the page, select Balance from the My Snipes menu - if the Add/ Update button is not showing there, you can resolve this issue in your preferred browser if you make a password reset request from the log in page of the site and then enter your existing password in the reset form and complete resetting your password.

However, if this does not resolve the display of that page in your account, using another browser that your usual one should also work.
