Reply to "pre-payment not recorded in balance"

Hi Kat -

we have had some similar reports regarding the Credit Card Information section of the Balance page of accounts not displaying correctly, so a new card can be added.

To get to the page, select Balance from the My Snipes menu - if the Add/ Update button is not showing there, you can resolve this issue in your preferred browser if you make a password reset request from the log in page of the site and then enter your existing password in the reset form and complete resetting your password.

However, if this does not resolve the display of that page in your account, using another browser that your usual one should also work.
