Well. I sniped two Battery Chargers and paid in a minute by Pay Pal. 12 days later I expect them so ask for shipping confirmation and was told =OOps I oversold the item - will send your money back to Pay Pal. Today he did that. I was just ready to delete the feedback. Checked E-Bay and the same two chargers are listed for sale again. I can only assume he's Not Getting Enough for the items. ..Is it OK to leave feedback if there was no delivery.? All I lost was the sniping fee and two weeks of waiting.
Soon , I'll have 100% on 300 Items. Then I really must stand Up And Be Counted and find the Negative Button. I have two now still within
the 90 days. Deadbeat #1 Broken Camera and Now Deadbeat #2 Not Getting Enough.
#1 I got the salvage camera #2 I got an OOPS" ..... mory
Correction number three not enough time to edit all my two finger typos's

I would definitely use >THIS< link for the 'Oops I oversold' auction. After you get to the page, select 'Report the Seller'. (You need to still have the email he sent you.)

Sounds like you got a raw deal on both these. I think I'd find the Neg button.

p.s. I think AS still gives credit for auctions gone bad. To claim it at AS you must first leave Neg feedback on eBay.

Thanks Puppy - I don't know how to forward them by e=mail but have 20 pages in the folder and I can mail the whole folder with his new re-listing..
Don't need the chargers - bought one at Walmart
yesterday. What hurts is the other 40 items I got.
Bought a digital camera for $50 the size of a credit card for E-Mail pictures. It takes a Quantity and then is disposable. Its called "Creative Card Cam" its Chinese - boy is this going to make Kodak sit up..I can drop the camera at the store photo dept ..and pickup the prints after shopping. No memory chip
just a USB cable & Program Disk. Now I will have a camera always ...
with me for the next accident or Deer
PS: your cat reviewing the Sheppards really made me smile - put it on my screensaver.

So I took the letter to the PO and showed the PostMistresss the Contriband lest she think I was sending something like real contriband whatever that might be... One of your choosing - smaller than 5 x 7 and No Pinups. of Wife.(In Parka & Veil)
In my next letter I'm going to drop the photo = small in the top of the printed page and see if it gets past the screening. Or I thought of printing the Dogs on the Envelope and make the return from the Animal Shelter. Any other devious ideas welcome....mory
PS: IN NY State, you also can't talk about the war in any way. His brothers son is in Bahgdad.
I called his wife and said just write about your daughter at Church Camp - He will know what you mean. Isn't this silly ..PS they can write & talk about the election OK...
It's Prison but it's called "Moriah Shock" between NY & Canada. They can't even buy a Candy Bar. Spend the day Drilling, Marching, Chopping Wood and Clearing Roads to knowhere.
If he graduates he can come home in6 Mo. I told him to tough out the last six. I know he will never go the six years on probation and if he backslides the minumum is I think 10 of 15.
I just pray he makes it -it's his family that's doing time.
Its really very serious - Double the time of Drug related crimes Have another friend - they used to live in upstairs apartment over me.
Karen, his wife encouraged him to have another beer before they came home - so when he got stopped (they sit outside the Bar and wait for you to leave) and went to jail, she went home & ate his shotgun. Closed Casket - 3,000 came to the service but Karen is gone. Husband went to "Shock" and just got out.. With the guilt on his back it will be a miracle if he makes it. He's lost license for 10 years so may....
Yes, they are now making the person who served the last drink whether waitress or bartender now co-defendants if there is a death in an accident.. The bar owner only gets 3 warning tickets then they lose License which now cost a million..and is not transferrable after warning.

Somebody send me the instructions Link for posting a picture- please
Thanks - mory
PS New Rule 3/1/2004 Cold Turkey - Mory will be limited to 12 word replies.. After all I don't post pictures ..- Yet...
I have a friend whose brother is a serious alcoholic. He's been arrested, ticketed, and sent to court literally dozens of times. He's had his license taken away in at least four states. In the last four years, he's had at least ten DWI tickets, caused several minor accidents, lost his car at least three times (and I mean "Lost" as in "Gee, I wonder where I left it last night?"). At one point he had THREE pending court-dates for DWI's. Yet the judges keep giving him "one more chance".

Each time, his family PRAYS that this time he'll go to prison. They've done everything they can, and he won't stop. Horrible as it sounds, I completely agree with his sister when she says "one of these days he's going to cause a serious accident, and someone is going to get killed. I just pray that when it happens, it's HIM, not some innocent kid."

Thanks Puppy knew It was In There
Thanks Shirley- kind thought
Thanks Mrs M: just saw the this big and cry baby - think I'll make another dozen stationary notes for my neighbor who sends me food.. Not much I can send her she was a diner cook for 40 years. She is going to will me her Rice Pudding recipe - its a killer - truckers drove off the interstate to get some - all day long...Oh hell,.....(a short One)
Every night Ida cooked a GIANT Turkey in a brown Paper grocery bag. You got 4 big slices, A mountain of mashed Potatoes with a Pile of dressing (cranberries on the side)
smothered in Dark Rich Giblet Gravy & a can of Beans or Corn. OMG what a platter feast - same price $7 two for $15 with the second a takeout. When the Turkey was gone she put the Carcas in the stock pot and closed for the day. Stuffed another turkey then went home. She Put two kids thru college... . The state closed her in court...She always had rigs parked half off the road -eatin turkey.and lappin up gravy..
Her place was a Log Cabin with no sign or name..
Her place was called just Ida's and had 6 stools - Truckers headed North on Rt 17 to Canada would start talkin about Ida's Gravy or Rice Puddin WITH FRESH GROUND CINNEMON on the cb chat.. (with 1/4 lb of butter and half a loaf of bread) On a giant Turkey Platter) After 1/2 hr of talkin Turkey.......

Mory, there are many variations of rice pudding, but all are very simple. Here is a basic old recipe that can be varied to your taste. I'm sure it isn't as good as your lady's!

Cream Rice Pudding
3 tablespoons rice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 quart milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg

Wash the rice thoroughly, add the other ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake for three hours in a slow oven, stirring several times during the first hour. The mixture should not boil. Serve either hot or cold. One-half cup of raisins may be added, if desired.
(slow oven is for wood or coal oil...try about 325.)

Do they actually have to have been sent or just a low res 325 x 325 or something like that
They can be any size (not to big is better) but have to be stored on the internet somewhere. You can not post a picture that is saved on your PC. You must download it to a internet service of some kind. Several of us use ( click--> )>PhotoBucket<. It's free and seems to work fairly well.

You will have to open and activate an account with them, download your pictures to them, and then you will be able to post from that site. OR... Many just post pictures from existing web pages and don't post their own.

Example size: The following is 474 x 357

Mrs M" That's a new one I will try soonest - , I'm going to double it and see if I can handle it mechanicaly. Many Thanks
I need to get up to a size to fill a full size long deli pan for use this summer. I did large batches in the service but in a 50Qt
Steam kettle and you couldn't scortch it. It was also mechanically slowly stirred.

Puppy: That's just what I needed to know - so now I can get started - moving some pictures to storage. Many Thanks

Just filled my own color printer cartridges and they are working very well. I print a lot of posters, menus and enlargements
all summer. It will easily save me a thousand. So one more thing I mastered. Next I need to edit some digital movies I made last year.
Spent all day today at Dr. winding up my annual physical - all looks good,

I bought one of the old ribbon re-inkers for a job once ... what a mess! We eventually started having the locations send their used cartriges to us at the main office and then did them in batches of about 10-15. Definately needed plenty of gloves and newspaper for this one Smile

I think now, with the newer 'ink jet' cartriges, most of the re-inkers involve syringes where you inject the ink into the appropriate sections. Would be much easier!

Hmmm ... now I'm getting upset thinking that 'ink jet' cartriges are new! Durn! I be getting old Smile Oh, well ... At least I didn't mention my 12cps (yes, thats 'characters per second') daisy wheel printer!

I'm on my sixth printer - the best of them for me is a HP5550 Deskjet - I pd $130 and it prints like a $2000 laser printer. My Epson also does well but the Ink cartridge is small. I have a large Epson Graphic Printer All of them are really good today. I like the HP because it doesn't waste paper. has a removable back to remove paper jams, large Ink Supply 17 -19 ml.
& is easy to refill the cartridges. Its not the fastest but very user friendly. I buy good Ink and the best paper- never less than 90 brightness. My best tip: keep the paper DRY on a top shelf in hotest room. 2nd tip checkout
Walmart for paper prices. I use 100 and 105 brightness for photo prints and only use real coated photo stock for Wedding or hierloom prints.
I had an epson before the Hp. I agree. The ink cart. was small. I have an HP Photosmart now and love it. Best printer I have ever had. It copies photos perfectly and with no adjusting on my part. I buy my supplies, usually at Sams unless there is a better sale price somewhere. Again, Mory, I agree that the paper and photo paper quality is important. Wink

My previous inkjet was a Canon. Instead of putting the 'smarts' on the cartrige, they put the circutry in a little holder for the cartrige - of course, you could only get a new holder by buying the 'duo (black & color) pack' of ink cartriges. The third time mine failed I bought a new printer.

I'm very happy with my HP 722C. For a personal printer it works well ... however in a business environment HP's seem to develop a tendancy to jam.

Labotomy Anyone?

Jamming is 95% humidity but also a static problem. When I pick up 50 sheets to load the printer I fan fold it to unstick it and release
the static. shake it back flat on the desk and then load it. If I hear a crackle I know the paper accepted a charge . Then I hit it with my tape degausser - no more problem
I spilled ink once but realized Like my car gas tank - when you hear or see bubbles Stop. Now I never waste a drop.
I also like my HP as its simple to print Envelopes. Also when you lift the cover the cartridges move to the center for refilling and no paper is wasted on Ink testing.
The best addition to my print table is a small school paper cutter I got at Staples - It's Chinese but its a Honey...

Now , I have to mention my funniest E-Bay listing
It was for a family size Home Labotomy Kit.
Acually for 6 Imported Steak Knives - I bought them for $6 Postpaid and are the best I've ever owned. Not kidding - looked for them at Christmas but he's gone.. I love humor in an Ad.
