That puppy sure is cute. My better half just made a mince meat pie without the meat but with canned apples instead. It smells so good I am going to have to really work hard to try to outdo him with my rhubarb/strawberry pie.
He was a baker for 50 years. This is the first thing I have gotten him to make since he retired in 84.
He always uses the excuse that "I used 100 lbs flour, 50 lbs sugar, etc. etc. And I can't get the professional-- flour, shortning, seasoning, etc., etc....one excuse after another. Big Grin
