Well I have found that people are never as we picture them mentally. I am sure you already have an image of me in your head that comes from how I *read*. Mrs M pictures me as a laid-back-girl-next-door type (which is mighty accurate) and if you picture me as a Demi-Meg type - WOO HOO to you. LOL. Either way suits me just fine. I cant help how I portray on here, thats just me Smile

LOL - I am as Native Australian as a White Girl can be Razz

The Big star on the flag represents Australia as a country/conintent and as 1 point for each State and Territory.

The Little stars are in the shape of the "Southern Cross" which is a very noticeable group of stars in the Souther Hemisphere. They are the main navigational point down here - you can determine North, South, East and West using them.

I guess the Southern Cross constellation is to the southern hemisphere what the North Star & Big Dipper are to the northern hemisphere, huh?

Do you confine your ebay/sniping activities to Australia, or do you ship & buy internationally?

Also, you might have noticed this: as a seller when you are setting up an auction listing, Ebay permits you to restrict the locations you will ship to. How come Ebay lists "Australasia"? Confused Is that actually a place or a typo? Confused

Took me awhile to get up the courage to buy internationally - but now I do. I dont have much need to though, only on items that are super expensive down here.

Not a Typo...Australasia covers the whole bottom end basically. It covers all the little islands etc in the South Pacific, Vanuatu, French Polynesia, Soloman Islands etc.
