FRAUD ON EBAY! WATCH OUT!

WOW! THAT IS GREAT THAT THIS BOZO HAS FOUND THIS FORUM! ATLEAST HE CAN NOW SEE WHAT EVERYONE THINKS OF FRAUDULENT SELLERS ON EBAY!

I truly hope that ebay takes action on this. Along with a few others, I have also sent information to safe harbor on this crooked seller!

Hi there,
I'm new to auctionsniper, whose the thief on Ebay causing so much turmoil to the Ebay community? I would love to put them on my blocked bidder list. I am with you, these people are ruining it for everyone that is a good seller! Ebay needs to go after these sellers when they start getting 5 negatives or complaints NOT when the seller has 40!! Considering EBAY keeps raising our fees, they need to keep the respectable buyers & sellers safe from crooks like that seller. Thanks.

People.......... Just RE-LAX! What spafon_comics says all makes perfect sense! He has the same story to everyone who asks. I even know someone who has already received his or her ultimate spider-man. Slandering him over and over isn’t going to do anything!
Personally I think rock--steady and xsmr2 are the real criminals here. You ever heard of the bill of rights? Innocent until proven guilty? You haven't even waited to see if we get the comics in the time stated 2-3 weeks! I would be pissed off to if I were spafon_comics.
He is already being accused of being a scam artist and no one is giving him the benefit of the doubt! IF everyone is so freakin nervous then they shouldn't have freakin bid! I am nervous too but there isn’t nothing you can do until he doesn't come through!! Just chill! If he were going to rip us off he would have ripped us off for allot more money then he did!! You know this is how innocent people used to get lynched in the old day’s cuzz of pricks like y'all! Personally I hope he doesn't send some of you chicken sh**s your comics as a lesson for being such arrogant self-riotous pricks!!!

The only one you claim of receiving their CGC comic is probably his friend.

And second, spafon still does not have serial #'s of the CGC graded comics to prove he even has them.

I pray to God that you get your CGC comic since you are so gullible. It's really too bad.

This is someone who bid on one of the auctions in question. One of the spider-man auctions you claim to be scams. Gee seems we have failure to communicate ooohhhh wait no its just you!

First off it hasn't been three weeks yet so i don't expect to have received my comics yet. I don't jump the gun like some people.
Three users left negative feedback for him? Ok well two of those users are the same person or at the very least the same household which if i remember correctly is against ebay policy.
I am assuming rickdawg that you are xsmr2??
As i said it's a bummer that anyone listens to people like you!

It reads in the auctions 2-3 weeks it has just barely been 2 weeks for me and even less for you!
I'm confident i am receiving my comics.
And just because everyone you talk to has not yet received their comics doesn't mean a thing. Majority of the people who won spafons_comics auctions are ignoring you, like i should have. It just pisses me off that hard working people get their name dragged through the mud because of people who have nothing better to do but ruin someones life.

I was a high bidder on one of his comics as well. He never contacted my husband after we asked him for item verification. He's not getting a dime from us.

If he doenst want to sell legit items then so be it. Forget about it.

May I also add, we have not yet posted negative feedback because we do not want the retalitory. I am sure there are many others who want to leave a negative but do not in fear.

Thanks for taking a stand for all of us, since the rest of us do not have high feedbacks to be believed. These people should be praised for trying to protect ebayers and make it a safe place for trading.

Anyway i am not trying to defend anyone i am just simply saying you should wait for a crime to be commited before accusing someone of doing it. So the guy did not have a current phone number on his contact info. So he does not want to hold the hand of every lil nervous ebayer who wants to hear his voice to confirm he really exists?
So what would you do if you did talk to him? Whine? Cry? Beg to not be ripped off?
Way i see it you have two choices send him the money or don't! But i think its pretty rude to win an auction and not fullfill your end. Geezz he only accepts paypal.....if you send him payment with your credit card you are 100% protected under the buy protection policy.
Ebay will give you back up to $200 on each auction if they are a fraud. If you refuse to send him your money then your the one not fullfilling the auction agreement. If you had questions you should have asked them before bidding! Thats the way all of ebay works!
Now yes maybe we are all going to get ripped off but i for one will get every cent back if it is true. So why are people leaving negative feedback before the stated 2-3 weeks are up? Because your a whiner. I have had well over 300 positive transactions on ebay and not one of them did i ever loose a dime. Buyer protection and chargebacks REALLY DO WORK if you get ripped off!
Quit playing judge, jury and executioner and stop bidding on auctions if your going to jump to conclusions like this.

SO I GUESS EBAY MADE THE RIGHT DECISION! The non-paying bidders did receive negative feedback, but was pulled by ebay since it was false.

The negative feedback left for Spafons_comics was mostly warrented. It was left because he had a bad attitude. In which i would agree it was warrented. What i was questioning was why it came to this when the stated 2-3 week period has not passed yet?

with nobodyspecial, that this discussion has gone beyond the context of AS. Let's get back to chatting about sniping and ask the sellers to join in if they want to. I'd like to hear about sniping from the perspective of a seller, actually. For it or against it, and why?

In some ways i like sniping and others i don't. It is nice when you watch your auction go on all week and it doesn't quite get up as high as you hoped and then at the last minute a bunch of snipes creep in and bump up the auction price. From a sellers point of view i love it.
of course i hate getting the emails after the auction ends that the person who got out bid was willing to pay more. As much as it hurts i always tell them tough! They should of bid higher then.
