I was a high bidder on one of his comics as well. He never contacted my husband after we asked him for item verification. He's not getting a dime from us.

If he doenst want to sell legit items then so be it. Forget about it.

May I also add, we have not yet posted negative feedback because we do not want the retalitory. I am sure there are many others who want to leave a negative but do not in fear.

Thanks for taking a stand for all of us, since the rest of us do not have high feedbacks to be believed. These people should be praised for trying to protect ebayers and make it a safe place for trading.
