Lexie, how does Robbie say your wages compare?
Well I know that you heard that McD got sued for Hot Coffee. But they also paid a woman for Hurting her leg while picking their Daffodils. She was stealing the flowers and hurt her leg. I go there and have coffee in the morning and read the paper. Was wondering if I could sue for my failing eyesight.
Mory, tell them the burger caused it! LOL!
...in the coffee is causing the failing eyesight!

Jabber, I am sure it is caused by trying to find the burger in the bun!
Mrs M - it seems for the most part we get paid more, but when you take into account the currency conversion - we are just a little ahead.
LOL@burger in the bun.
Jabber - I will forgive you for your lack of taste...THIS TIME!!!
Christine - our lottery is pitiful compared to yours

Sorry guys...a couple of creepy pictures I took a few years ago...I think this was the 17 year(?) Cicada.
These things were everywhere, crawling on everything. If you stood still they would start crawling up your legs.

We don't get spoons we get plastic sticks - I guess I could swallow one...

Ewww!! They look gross

Lexie
Well, nite all..sweet dreams!
No, they are not bats...they're bugs. Make a lot of noise in late summer. There are always some every year...but this paticular hatch happens every 17 years. They live underground for 17 years. My dad use to fish with them, Grub worms.
Lexie, they even have them in Australia
Check out this site Cicada Mania

You know where they got the "Barbi Grubs". Do you all cook them
LOL Whoopsie by me too thats "BarDi Grubs".
We *tease* them outta the holes with reeds, basically poke at em until they get cranky and bite the reed then we used to pull them out real quick.
Dad boils them up with milk for fishing.
Is that what you meant? I have to go for a bit, my 11mth old just woke up.

...require some other proof of funds at the higher amounts like they do at $15,000? Or do they just assume if you're good for the $15,000, you certainly should be able to come up with a few million?!?
Maybe I'll bid to see if ebay will let me....

Oh bummer... Just past my max of $23,000,003.47
From $8 mil to $24 in less than an hour?!? Do you think these bidders are serious, or juvies??
It would really be cool to have such an aircraft, but it's a single seater!?! How can you get somebody to teach you how to fly it? I think an F-14 might be better, I believe it has 2 seats. Except I'm not sure if the F-14 2nd seat has any flight controls....

Maybe I'll go for her MIG29 for only 3.5 mil.
Jabber, don't think it is the kind you "learn" in..think you need to know before you go!!
Most were one set of controls except those modified for flight training. I tried to look-up the first Jet I had a ride in with an Aussie pilot. Couldn't find it, It was a modified F-80 as I remember but couldn't find it. Looked in my war albums but no can find and 50 years is too long to remember
Trainer F-80 = T-33 or TV-1 for the navy.
Think what people will do with that bidders list - all of them will have to get a new E-Mail address. or get millionairspammed.
Fourth from the right is my sis. These were the first 10 women in the AF to fly the jets, but noncombat. It was the mid seventies.
...just a bigger glass!?!

I just looked up the F-80 on Jet Aircraft on Wikipedia,,,
"During the Korean War on November 8,1950, USAF Lt Russel J Brown flying in a F-80, Intercepted two North Korean Mig-15.s near the Yalu. River and shot them down in the first jet-to-jet dogfight in History" (insert waving flag here please))
I was in Iwakuni (Japan)18 months later doing a story on
the Aussies being flight trained on the F-80.
You know, I never learned where the expression "Dog Fight" came from. Mrs M. you'll have to ask your sister.... mory

Mory, I'm sure she knows. I tried to find a better pix. That is really small! It was taken a couple of years after my Mom died. She would have surely been proud!
...is out of control! I CAN'T believe there is anyone out there seriously wanting to spend $100 million on an OLD $35 million airplane!
Can ebay not go above $99,999,999.99 on bids?!? What a bummer!
