I am getting the message 'unable to import watches' after the notice: Only watches in an auction format will be imported. Fixed price listings like “buy it now”, will not be displayed.

However none of my watches are imported. This has been going on for quite some time. I have deleted the APP from both my iPad and iPhone and have also logged out and back in again but still unsuccessfull.  A few weeks ago I had to change my EBay password and wonder if this has anything to do with it? 

Can an anyone please help

Changing your eBay password should not have any effect on the site's ability to import your watches from eBay as long as you have a valid connection to eBay within your account.  It is possible that an issue may have occurred with your account connection and I recommend that you reconnect your Auction Sniper account to your eBay account to ensure there are no difficulties there.  I suggest you do this via the website;  you can do this after logging in by selecting Modify Account from the My Snipes menu and on the "eBay Connection" tab click the button to Link My eBay Account.

Afterwards, you can try using either the Import Wizard or the Import from eBay option (under the My Watches menu) to import your watch list. 

If you continue to encounter difficulty with the app importing your watches, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the details of what you are experiencing, including any error messages (if you encounter any) so we can look into this further.
