Hello to all:

I really like the AS service overall, but I do have a few complaints. First, you can file a support case and get a case number, but I haven't found any way to check on the status of your case. Secondly, I have several searches that I have configured to automatically run. I use these to help me run my business. The problem is that the searches will work properly for a month or so, then they will just stop working for no apparent reason. I usually file a support ticket on this and it is usually fixed within a few days. I filed a support ticket one day last week and the problem is still not fixed. I haven't received any communications from the support staff either. I don't even know if anyone even LOOKED at my ticket. I don't understand why this keeps happening with some regularity. If the "feature" is not stable then "deactivate" it. If I am the only one that this happens to the PLEASE fix it once and for all. As I said, I really like the service but persistant problems like this make me start searching for some other service to move my business to.

We'll check it out. I usually get a couple emails a day from the sniper searches and I've only gotten 1 myself in the last day.

eBay change probably broke things and the programmers will need to update it again. This is how every single program that doesnt use eBays API works. And since ebay wont let sniper sites use their API this is how it will always be. If you dont like it please try: http://www.buyingmanager.com their searches are way better anyways. Give you shipping prices, thumbnails of every item, and let you run multiple searches and once and all sorts of other handy things. Since the use of eBays API costs money they also have to charge for that feature, whereas we currently dont charge for searching.

So in summary. Any non API service will have these breaks. Any API based services will charge you. If you don't mind paying then http://www.buyingmanager.com has the best search functionality out there on the web for eBay buyers right now.
