Your snipe missed because you changed your password at eBay, but you didnt update our site. If that isnt the case then it's still not our fault because that's the message eBay sent back. 7:30pm is a busy time on their site and their computers sometimes do things like that.

Either Sara has gone mad or there's something we're not being told! Is 'non' cancelling his account due to a problem? In which case why not share it so we can all know what Sara is on about (and maybe offer a solution/reason).

[hmm - maybe if AS provided more comprehensive reasons for when a sniper loses then maybe all this hassle might be avoided? Often there's a reasonable reason which, if explained properly, might prevent this sort of thing...]

Perhaps Non registered a complaint via "help".... and, Sara is answering here...or ...so many choices!

Nope, assumed because of the missed snipe with the status of "invalid login" or whatever is why they wanted to unregister.
