I just tried again this morning and I still can't get into my account. I am using my same name and password as my Ebay account.I used my Sniper just last week and had no problem logging in. I've wrote to them several times but have never gotten a reply.I will try and see if I can modify my account but I don't see how I can do that if I can't even get into my account.

I just went in and reregister using all the same information and it went right through as though I was never in the data base to begin with. I sure am starting to wonder how SAFE my information is here. And where all the information is that I filled out back in August when I first joined here. I'd sure like to know if this has happened to anyone else. I'm surely not as confident in using this service for security reasons.Plus I think I still had money in my old account that I had transferred from Pay Pal. Now that is gone too. Plus I had signed up 2 people for this service which gave me 6 free snipes and that also is gone. I sure am questioning HOW SAFE this is.

You mentioned it's been a while since you signed up. I don't suppose you have changed your ID and password at eBay since then and forgot to change it at AS? Have you filed a support case? You can do that at:

If it's any comfort, I've never heard of this happening before. You stated you had transferred money to your account using PayPal, so the transaction should be easy to prove. Just go into your PayPal account and provide AS with the transaction ID #. You should also be able to get any free snipes back as credit for referrals. Be patient, it may take several days for them to figure out how and what happened.

Puppy, no I haven't changed a thing at Ebay. I still have the same everything since I joined several years ago.
My Pay Pal account does show where I transferred the money so I do have proof of that.
Yes I already filed a case with them but never heard anything back. I have a case number but it doesn't do me any good if they don't answer me. I wrote them a few weeks back also stating that I had signed up a friend but hadn't received my free snipes and AGAIN I never heard a word from them and my friend has use Sniper a few times already so I know she signed up and also I know she signed up using me as a referral.
Thanks so much for trying to help. Is what's puzzling and scarey is the fact that I could sign up all over again using the same information as I did when I first signed up. Usually if you sign up somewhere and you fill out all the information then try signing up again with that SAME info....it will tell you that userID and password are already taken. Well here it didn't say that. It's just like I was never is their data base.

I CERTAINLY DID file a report under the HELP tab!
I FINALLY got a responce to my FIRST letter I wrote saying I couldn't log in but NO responce to my other letters I wrote saying I reregistered using the same info. etc.
All I was told in the first letter was that they show me as a new user....well HELLO...if they would have read my other complaint they would see why I'm a "new user" in there database.
They basically said the reason I wasn't able to log in was because I was using an incorrect user ID. Well my ID and password HAS NOT changed on Ebay since I registered there several years ago. But they will find that out because I supplied them with infomation that they say will PROVE I was using the right one to log in.....that is if I ever hear back from them.

UPDATE ON THIS MATTER....and it gets worse!
Well after supplying them with information so they could track down where my account went to all they did was write me a letter telling me I was using the wrong userID to get into my account and they provided me with the RIGHT userID. Well......the userID they gave me *which I won't reveal here* was to a different girls account and can you believe this....I can log into her account by using my password. Now tell me this is a secure service! I intend to notify this person that I just logged into her Sniper account and have access to all her PRIVATE information including her credit card number. Good thing I'm an honest person.
Sniper support DID NOT answer any of my questions nor did they solve any of the problems in fact they basically just made things worse.
