Definitely report him to ebay and tell him you've done so - it doesn't matter when you bid on the Auction - you bid the highest and won. Is his feedback poor then? What's his ID?

dafinchi. Have a look for yourself. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when I read the first page. I didnt read the second page till later so I`ve learned a valuable lesson.

He has also told me that negative feedback wont affect him as he has "a great retaliation technique which has worked for him in the past"

I can understand why his wife doesn’t want to wear her wedding ring.
Even if she won’t wear the ring, it still seems a little strange to sell it. One never knows – he might get lucky (his gain - her lost).

I hope it does sell for less. But I bet he does it again if that happens. He seems to think it will sell for whatever he wants. He seems to have forgot thet people have to bid for it.

I dont think he would ship anything as he didnt the first time the auction was won. I am still waiting to either receive the ring (in my dreams) or get my money back. I started a paypal dispute with him and HE escalated it to a claim. Since then he has chosen not to reply to paypal. So I will just have to wait. If he doesnt reply I will automaticaly win but I dont know if ebay will do anything about him.

Not got the ring yet and not heard anything about getting my money back. I`ll let you know what happens later in the week as he has till the 8th before I win the paypal dispute.
Well I didnt get the ring but paypal found in my favour today so I got most of my money back. There wasnt enough in his account to get it all so they are still persuing him for this. Looks like I might end up paying his fees after all. I dont know if ebays done anything yet as he is still a registered user. I`ll wait and see what happens.
