what is my username

I tried to login today and it won't accept the user name that I use for ebay or the email address. My email is nicoleu@cox.net. can you please tell me what my username is? I tried to go online and do the contact support option, but the page is blank. Thanks.

Hi nicoleu,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter.

I checked our records and confirmed that your Auction Sniper credentials match your current eBay credentials, so you should be able to login to our site using the same username and password that you use to access your eBay account.

I am also not aware of any technical difficulties that would explain why the “Contact Support” page would not load for you. If you are still seeing that behavior, I recommend clearing your cache and then restarting your browser and then checking whether it will load for you thereafter.

If the page still will not load for you at that point, please try using an alternate browser to confirm whether the issue is browser specific.
