I've had this for two reasons:-

1. Seller was a useless git and, effectively disappeared. Eventually I got his tel no from Ebay but he was never in. There is nothing you can do in essence, apart from relish the thought that they've just wasted their money for placing the ad.

2. Seller unable to gain access to Internet for whatever reason - maybe holiday, ISP problem, computer crash... Keep trying / be patient - it's in their interest for them to contact you - eventually!

Here's hoping that #2 is the problem in your case! Razz
You didn't mention how long ago you won the auction. Sometimes , if it is on a weekend and the item is from an acutal business, it may not be read til Monday. I have had many auctions that I won and had no response for several days. Not good business in my opinion. I always send an invoice and response within moments after my auction closes, but, not everyone runs their business like that. ...sooo be patient and maybe you will get a response soon.

Good advice, folks. My experience with delayed contact has been that a connection is eventually made and that there's a reason for the lack of response by the seller in 99% of all cases. I only had one deadbeat seller who stiffed me for $78 and lit out for parts unknown. (The US Postal Service's Inspector General is looking for him and if he ever sets up in business again they'll go after him for mail fraud.) Smile
