The Auction Sniper website is up and running, and we've just learned that all sniping services have been working properly since approx 1:30 am PST. So any snipes you had set to be placed between now and that time, should have been successfully placed.

When the power went out at the collocation where our servers are, an electrical surge caused equipment to malfunction and fail. After properly diagnosing the hardware problems, we were able to change the appropriate pieces and get the web servers back online.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please contact customer support by clicking here if we did not place a snipe for you that was scheduled.

We had several people working all through the night to mitigate this issue as quickly as possible.
