Unresolved Bid group Item

I set up a bid group and have been trying to win an item within this group. In four auctions I have been outbid prior to a snipe twice and twice no bid was entered for me with the above message.

In both cases I would have won the item, but nothing happened.

Since I can't find any reference to unresolved bid group, I don't know what is wrong. Help

You can never be 100% sure of a win as you'll never know the winner's actual max.

Suggestion: AS turns off bidgroups while they fix this bug
