I am not aware of any issues on our end that would prevent your snipe records from showing.
Please be sure that you are looking at either the All or Active tab in the My Snipes section of the My Snipes page and you should be able to view your active snipe records. If you have either tab active and cannot see your snipe records, please try adjusting the "Choose Folder:" menu to either All or My Snipes to see if you can then see your snipe records.
If the difficulty persists, please file a support case from under the Help tab of your account letting us know the details of what you are experiencing so we can look into it.
