Two snipes not placed

I lost two items tonight because my snipes were not placed. Both items sold below my maximum snipe. What happened???

In order for us to take a look into issues with specific snipes, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site, using the Contact Support option. Please include the item number of the snipes in question and we will be happy to take a look into it for you.
