the anyway I cannot lose again quote was indicating how much of a bad loser i am - - not - - how sure i was about winning!!!!!!

thing is - i lost these little pieces of nostalgia a few nights ago in the last seconds and as luck would have it I have found a similar item so I REALLY REALLY do not want to lose these ones cos I cried last time

Pocket, just make sure you set your snipe at the max you are willing to pay. It is the one that bids the most that wins. If you let us know when your auction will end (the day and time), one of us will be glad to tell you how many seconds we would set our snipe at.

Just wanted to make sure you understood. You would be amazed at how many use eBay and THINK they understand how the bidding works. When they bid more than the displayed price and still lose, they can't figure out why.

Actually, FL = EST = GMT -5 ... but if the auction is listed in PST then use the -8

Pocket, no matter where the seller is, you bid PST. Fla. is three hours ahead of PST. It is in EST.
