I know it's a Sunday and it's still pretty early but I really feel like I need a double scotch on the rocks right now.

Not sure what brought this on, but I'm heading on over to the liquor cabinet so get your orders in.

For a Sunday AM, nothing so civilized as a Champagne Brunch (heavy on the Champers and light on the Brunch). With eggs Benedict, life just doesn’t get much better (other than scrambled eggs covered with chili and smothered with Tabasco Sauce – throw in a side of bacon to make sure you haven’t left out a food group).
