subscription payment to AuctionSniper goes to Auctiva?

I noticed when I confirmed my PayPal subscription payment to AuctionSniper the recipient was actually listed as Auctiva. Does Auctiva own AuctionSniper? And why isn't there are word about this in the FAQs on the AuctionSniper site?

Hello Gaaah,

Auctiva is a sister company for Auction Sniper and there are shared resources between the two companies, so yes a prepayment made via PayPal will show that the funds were sent to Auctiva as that is the primary name on the account where the funds go.
