Snipers putting on new price tag?

Hey All,

Am a newbie here.

I have a snipe set for a top that i like. My max bid at the moment is $30, although Sniper has decided the item is now up to $202.50! I check ebay, and this is not the case (of course!). I take it my bid will not be placed or i should just cancel it? There's 2 days left on the auction so would be great if someone could give me some advise.

Sounds like a glich! First, I would cancel it and re-enter it. If this doesn't correct the problem, report it to: http://support.auctionsniper.com/

Bedge,

There’s some problem with AS, and seems to have being going on for a month. Some comments have been made about snipes going in a day or two early, so my advice would be to register your snipe with AS closer to the close of the auction - this is just my opinion.

Perhaps a member of the support staff will be able to provide better insight.

Having the bids come in a day or two early defeats the whole purpose of snipping. Doesn't it? Maybe I shall save my snipes for when the program is a bit more stable.

If it were to happen, it definitely would defeat the reason for sniping, Bedge.
