Snipen on eBay Germany-forbade?

Hi people!

I have a really important one asks!

Is "Snipen" on eBay-Germany doesn’t forbid?
It’s a liable to penalty if one nevertheless does? Since I have no desire in the middle of night only because of one ordered to get up! EBay is in this respect really ”****”. I have read namely it’s forbidden.

Please, around FAST answers!

Is it forbiden in Germany? I do not know.

It is NOT forbiden because of a rule at eBay. It is OK in the States and most other parts of the world. If you are worried about it, increase your lead time to 15-30 seconds. Make sure 'instamail' is turned off. Then there is no way to know if you stayed up to bid manually, or used AuctionSniper to bid for you.
