SNIPE PICTURES...?? | Auction Sniper

When I first joined, and AS downloaded my watched items from eBay, the gallery/item picture showed on the LH side of the "MY SNIPES" list.

But now, when I create a "to-snipe" entry by entering the item number... it locates and pulls the correct item, but NOT the picture.

All that shows in "MY SNIPE" list is a "white square/box".

Is there a different setting or way to pull my "to-be-sniped" listings so that the picture will ALSO appear?

I don’t think you’re being ignored, or misplaced. It’s likely that none of the users on the forum have an answer. To get tech support help, you should probably file a support request (located on the Help tab).

There is an FAQ on “Picture” that may help, and doing a “Find” (towards the top of the page) might net you something.

Thanks Rick. New to AS... and actually thought that "THIS" was where I needed to post for tech support.

I'll check the FAQ's and/or file a support request.

Yes, it is a little confusing. The name for this part of the forum should be changed to Auction Sniper Users.
