I don’t think you’re being ignored, or misplaced. It’s likely that none of the users on the forum have an answer. To get tech support help, you should probably file a support request (located on the Help tab).

There is an FAQ on “Picture” that may help, and doing a “Find” (towards the top of the page) might net you something.
