Snipe CANCELLED? Not by me!

Could you share the auction number?

... and explain what you mean by 'cancelled'? Has it just disappeared?

Also, are you re-using a bidgroup that has already won (don't do it!) or did you set up a new one?

To answer your questions, the auction number is 4913709298. By "cancelled" I mean that on the My Snipes page there's a big red CANCELLED where it would normally say YOU WON! or whatever. Also, it gives an erroneous closing price. I re-used a bidgroup that had never won anything, and as I said the second item in the bidgroup didn't get cancelled. I also tried emailing the seller to see if something had gone wrong on their end only to discover that their email addy is no good. ????

Isn't canceled eBay's way of saying that the seller refused the bid?

Your bid group said 1 of 1 items won, so that would be why it's cancelled, you won an item, we cancelled the rest of the bids in the bidgroup.

There was only 1 item in your bid group. The cancelled one. Thus you must have already won an item in that bidgroup before. And you must not have put the second item in that bid group. It wasn't there when I checked. The only item in the bid group was the cancelled item.
