Are you still getting your info from your Binford 3000 Crystal Ball, region2? The “Buyer requirements” is based on the user’s shipping address and NOT which servers they use. You might want to reboot your B3K CB, R2.

From previous experience, some items say US only but you can still bid from other countries - depends on how the seller set up the auction. Quick way of testing it is to try a starting price bid and see what happens.

Either way, always polite to check with the seller first though. Some get a bit snippy if you bid without asking.

If the item has been set up to be "home country" only and you're not on the exemption list, the snipe will fail.
