Hello All - 

Apologies for the delayed reply here.  

We're all clear.  We identified an issue around 5:45 PM PT last night. We tracked the issue out of our systems and to an upstream network provider. They acknowledged the issue and fully resolved it by 7:30 PM PT. We apologize for the troubles. I guarantee we were as eager to get things going as you were.
