Should I increase my lead time?

You didn't say what you are increasing it from, but it should not make a difference that you are in the UK. I, as a rule use 8 seconds in normal traffic times. However, I add about 15 seconds to that time on Sundays, on the hour, half, and quarter. Continued good luck sniping!

Increasing from 5 seconds default.

I guess 20 seconds total would be an ideal on a Sunday.

Somewhere in there. AS trys to compensate for busy times, but of course it fluctuates a lot so this is a little saftey net. Naturally, no system is perfect, but AS comes close!
