Hi. I won an auction sniping for it. Now the seller doesn't want to sell at the price I get, but 30% more. What about the snipe fee I just paid if the seller doesn't respect my bid?

First of all, you and the seller had a contract so you need to report him to eBay (or at least threaten to) as what he's doing is illegal!

If that does not work, after leaving negative feedback, file a support case and request credit for the auction gone bad.
