Searches Still Not Working

Hello:

My searches that I have set up are still not working. I have checked the searches pages which indicates that the searches have recently run, but I NEVER receive ANY email search results. This has happened SEVERAL times over the past year. It usually gets fixed whenever I complain, but is hasn't this time. I rely on these automatic searches to help me conduct my business. Can someone please check into this for me and fix this once and for all????

Apparently AS are concentrating on other areas of development so use the eBay searches instead...

Yes, rick, of course it is, if your search is not working and you use it!!

Just thought it might help the programmers or whomever to know that it seems to be working some places and not others.

Not doubting that the others do not work!!!!

Perhaps an example search criteria would be helpful?

I'm with Mrs.M, I only use eBays search, then use 'Snipe it Now' for items I want. Even if AS search works, there is no way to enter my search criteria into a single search.

If it was me, I wouldn't provide specific examples. I'm a private person, and yes, even that is more then I'm willing to reveal about myself. It's just a little more cautious then not using your real ebay ID on this forum.

You could, however, provide specific examples for something you're not really interested in.

I search for 'A' type items, I could provide a search example looking for 'B'.

My problem is being English I have to do my searches away from www.ebay.com - there is a world outside the USA

It's on the advanced/international searches that things get broken - I've set up searches that look for things that return different results to the equivalent on eBay searches.

Rest assured that I have emailed detailed examples to support. The response was that, with eBay searches working fine, AS is putting its resources into other more important areas...
