question regarding your fees policy

what if the price of the item in the course of the auction had been raised over the maximum ammount I intend to pay for an item before or during the final minutes of the auction? Do I still get charged a "auction Snipper's " fee, or do you just take no action for this auction in the final seconds and don't apply any fees to the auction? Please let me know if I dont make myself clear

Auction Sniper will only charge a fee if you win the auction. If the price of the item exceeds your maximum bid, you will not be charged.
