Re: Problems with Signing out

Anyone having problems signing out? When I click on "sign out" it just refreshes the page, telling me that I'm signed in. This is becoming problematic! Have emailed support already, but useless so far. Have responded to their first suggestion to tell them that it was useless.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Dawn, I never sign out, but someone else on the forum emailed me about the same problem. It is not just you! I'll send this over to Infopop to see if they can help!

It's the AS Sign Out that's not working - it's not working for me either. Not a problem at home but a pain on a public computer. This will need fixing asap. If support try to fob you off again then email bill@auctionsniper.com and see if he can get their arses into gear!

If you ever experience this problem try deleting all auctionsniper.com cookies from your browser. The only thing keeping you logged in is an identification cookie. Without that the site can't keep track of you and you'll be forcably logged out, even if you don't want to be.

I noticed that problem on Saturday morning (local) .

Support suggested MY cache wasn't refreshing and to reboot. Obviously it didn't work 'coz it's not my problem.

Or it could be the fact that they're doing maintenance and you missed the message:

No, R2, this has been happening for a couple of weeks. When I go to My Snipes, it boots me to the AS Home page to sign in. Each time I do and I check the remember me box! I did write them about it but never got a response.
