I have noticed that because I have posted some responses to the AS Forum, I have a number rating that corresponds to the number of posts, but I have also noticed that sometimes that number doesn't change - even when I have posted a few additionalcomments.
Does the number of posts only change when a new topic is discussed?
Does the number change with EVERY post?

You know, I asked the same question. I really did not get a satisfactory answer. Sometimes, if you will notice, the number does change in the same topic, but sometimes it stays the same.

I wondered about it too, but so far no one has explained why it does change sometimes and then sometimes it stays the same.

OK, here I go. I am going to make a few more comments this evening and then call it a day. I've really enjoyed chatting with everyone today - it was unusual for me to do so - I never go into Chat rooms as a rule.
I just recently became curious about them after I joined AS and got interested in all the fun talk!
