Hello,
Suddenly, when I do "Snipe it Now" the window is not coming up with the item number filled in. I also have to log in everytime though I click "Remember Me".
Is anyone else having this issue?

Here is what they told me:
We are seeing this for a number of customers. We don‘t know what‘s causing this yet, but we do know it‘s something new on customer‘s systems. For instance, in my personal account this doesn‘t happen, nor does it happen in customer‘s accounts I log into. My feeling is that it‘s a Microsoft security update, but I have little to go on.
