No Notifications!

This happens to me about 90% of the time. Sometimes it will notify me after an auction has ended. But hardly ever when the price has gone above my Snipe bid. Some improvement should be made.

I have been using AS off and on for 3-4 yrs.......never had a problem before...
All of a sudden, last couple of days, no notifications, I was outbid on 3 items because AS never notified me about my low bid.....
Also in last couple of days, I was sent notices that I lost 2 auctions because my bids were low---when I went on auction site, it said I won...????
I'm also having a problem when I initially go onto AS, the prices are not current....??
I thought it was just me, then I ran into this community and find that AS has been having problems, more so lately.......
I don't want to loose auctions, loose wanted items because of this.....
To all of you experienced with AS---are these things "fixable" and will AS repair them???

I'm not sure if I made this clear in my original post, but I have been using AS for a few years and have always in the past received lots of notification. This is a new problem. Also, my last snipe was placed about 10 seconds too early allowing another snipe to outbid me. I probably would have lost the auction even if the snipe was placed at the proper time, but I think AS needs to address theses issues. Is anyone from AS monitoring this forum?

Yup, I sure have been pleased with this service in the past but tonight is changing my mind!

I happened to check on an item I was set to snipe -- bids were past my snipe amount & I didn't get notified ... PLUS (and this really irritates me!!!!!) I couldn't get AS to adjust my bid upward because less than 5 minutes remained on the auction so I just hung in there and bid and won my item on my own ... and within seconds I got a surprising email from AS telling me I had won the item ... yippee, they're collecting their two bits and I don't even get a commission!

I lost all bids Friday, Saturday and Sunday due to no notification that my bids were too low. Notifications just started showing up in my mailbox TODAY, Monday, dated for these three days. Sheesh!

If you're checking your email then why not check on My Snipes at the same time? Email is sometimes delayed (not just from AS) so to rely on it is a tad foolish. And you didn't actually lose due to lack of notification, you lost 'cos of your maximimums being too low...
