No Notifications!

What has happened to the AuctionSniper notifications? I have always gotten notification when the item being sniped has been bid above my snipe bid and when I've lost a snipe, as well as when I have won. Today I lost a snipe and I have had no ntification of any kind from AuctionSniper. If I hadn't checked the auction I would not have even known I had been outbid or that I had lost. What's up? Can I trust AuctionSniper to place my bids for me?
