LOl I'm just on my way out to wash them. Up to 70 degrees and I better take advantage of it quick. Maybe the picture will be better with clean windows

MG, I looked all over for an animation of a woman window washer! NSL! Maybe Chatter will come up with one! LOL!

Actually it's called a tri-level, but we have four levels. I love all the windows except when they need to be washed. I have a telescoping wash/squeegie thingie that works good enough. Only takes me about 30 minutes.

One level over the garage.
Garage is ground level with entry hall and laundry/bath. Down 1/2 flight to family room /office/bar (only halfway under ground). Up from entry 1/2 flight to living room, kitchen and sunroom. Up 1/2 flight from living room to three bedrooms and 2 baths (over garage and entry). There now you have a tour of my house. Comes with three acres of extensive gardens if anyone is interested in buying so I can move to North or South Carolina!
Let me know when you are coming, MG. I'll have you over for dinner!
