I am sorry to hear that you have run into difficulty updating your password.  It is unclear what may be occurring for you as the reset emails have been working as expected.  As this issue pertains to account specific information, I recommend that you file a support case from under the Help tab of the site so our support team can look into it based on your specific Auction Sniper account.

Please note that you can file a support case at any time from under the Help tab of the site and you do not need to be logged in to your account to file a case.

I've checked our support queue and we did respond to your query, so you should have received the response directly in the email address associated with your account. Please be sure that your email provider has not directed the response to your Spam/Junk/Trash folders.  It also appears that you were able to log in to the account yesterday in the evening.
