Log in Problemn

The log in does not work for me either.

I have, rebooted, tried on three different browsers, triple checked and then also made new passwords on my Ebay account which work fine.

Trying to login to AS resuts in "Username and password do not match"
I made a new account to be able to even post this.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing.

Since you are unable to log into your Auction Sniper accounts using your current eBay credentials, you most likely changed your eBay passwords recently and have not updated your Auction Sniper credentials accordingly.

You should each be able to update your Auction Sniper password to match your current eBay password by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link on our login page, entering your email address or username in the provided field and then clicking the “Reset Password” button.

An email will then be sent to the email on file with your account with further information on how to update your password. Once you have updated it to match your current eBay password, you should be able to login successfully and your account will be configured to place snipes.

It seems a little strange because the password I was entering was exactly the Ebay one.
