I placed a snipe which would have won. But the snipe shows a lock and was not placed. It also still apprears in the ready to snipe file, after the bid is closed. Whats going on and what caused the snipe to become locked?????

Over the last two days we have made numerous upgrades to our software in an effort to make Auction Sniper as reliable as ever. Unfortuantely, a small number of snipes were missed. We would like to take this time to appologize for these recent problems while we are working towards 110% reliability.
