limit to number of log in attempts?

Can you get to your “My Snipes” page? If you can, then you’ve entered the correct ID/Password for AS. But, there might be the problem that your AS ID/Password (nothing to do with this forum) doesn’t match your current ebay ID/Password. The way to check that is on your “My Snipes” page, towards the bottom you’ll see Note: Click the Verify link to make sure Auctionsniper has your proper eBay information to place your snipes.

If it’s incorrect, then go to My Snipes, then Modify Account and enter the correct “Account Information”.

Also, on the sign on, there’s a “forgot password” (or something like that). Only problem, you might not get a response until Monday.

Thanks. No, I cannot get to "my Snipes".

I need to log in to change my email address. I can't get a PW reminder because I have cancelled my email account to which it would be sent.

I need to know the number of tries one is allowed and when an account resets so I can time my tries appropriately. I thought I had the correct PW on the fourth try, but it didn't work. Possibly we are only allowed 3 tries?

Don’t know, as I’ve never heard of any limit, but it’s reasonable that there is one.
