Is there a Support Issue today 8/14/03? | Auction Sniper

Until today I have not had a problem accessing any aspect of AS, however, today (8/14) I wanted to 'modify' one of my snipes scheduled for tomorrow 8/15/03. For some reason the system keeps taking me to the home page and will not allow me in to 'modify' screen. Has anyone experienced the same or similiar problem?

It's probably because you're not signed in, which in turn is due to the likely fact that you didn't check the "remember me" box when you first entered the site. Sign out, re-enter your user id and your password, and this time check "remember me." Then try to modify your snipe.

Thank you Steve, I'll try it. I did log out and log back in earlier but I didn't click the remember me button. I hope that works.

It worked! I guess the secret is checking the remember me button as you suggested. Thanks again
