Is there a Support Issue today 8/14/03?

Until today I have not had a problem accessing any aspect of AS, however, today (8/14) I wanted to 'modify' one of my snipes scheduled for tomorrow 8/15/03. For some reason the system keeps taking me to the home page and will not allow me in to 'modify' screen. Has anyone experienced the same or similiar problem?
