We are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing incorrect snipe statuses to be returned for certain snipes and, as a result, snipe notification emails reflecting these incorrect snipe statuses are also being sent out. Our engineering team is currently aware of this problem and we are working to get a solution in place as soon as possible.
It's too early to provide an ETA as to when this issue will be resolved, but I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available. I expect that we will be able to correct these statuses such that there is no adverse impact on charging.
