Hi Community,

We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties that are causing a few different problems. The main issue we are seeing is that some users are unable to import watches into their accounts, but we have also heard that some new users are unable to sign-up and some existing users are unable to update the sign-in information within their accounts.

Fortunately, this issue is NOT causing any problems with respect to the actual placement of snipes.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread when additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding!
